  Tried calling to set up an appointment never got an answer; also online system was down. so we had to drive all the way out there. Wasn't even that great of a cut for $25 on a 4 year old!! Second time we tried calling still no answer (this was maybe more than two months later). So again had to drive out there only to be told it was appointment only. They don't take walk ins at all. Let them know they should probably answer the phone to book an appointment. We were then told their phone was broken. Guessing it was also broken two months prior. How do you expect to book an appointment if the online system is down and the phone is broken.
